I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with both adolescents and adults. My approach is person-centered, and I place great importance on building an authentic therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel safe exploring your challenges, gaining new insights, and developing a deeper understanding of yourself.

I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities and believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly seen and supported.

My experience includes helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, stress, and burnout, among other life difficulties.

I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) with extensive training in the challenges unique to those with this diagnosis. My work focuses on helping clients improve emotional regulation, manage attention and focus, and develop practical strategies for daily life. I understand the ways ADHD can impact relationships, self-esteem, school, or work, and I tailor treatment to address both the challenges and the strengths that come with this diagnosis.

If you’re curious about whether therapy with me might be a good fit, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your path toward growth and healing.
